Starting during the fall of 2017, The Activist is being revived as a digital student newspaper written by UCBA students enrolled in a section of English 2089 that is focusing on the UCBA community and on journalism. Over the course of the school year, students in these sections of 2089 will create content for the digital newspaper, ranging from opinion pieces to news articles to other journalistic pieces written by and for the UCBA community. Some pieces will be specific to UCBA while others will focus on news, ideas, and issues that the writers as individuals and as a group choose to explore.
